You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. The return shipping cost is your responsibility, provided you were informed about this before purchase.

30-Day Return Guarantee

In addition to your legal right of withdrawal, we offer a 30‑day return window from delivery for returns or exchanges. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

How to Start a Return or Cancellation

Contact us at info@croseo.se with your order number and reason for return or cancellation.
We’ll guide you through the process and provide the return address.
Return the item within 14 days when cancelling, or within 30 days for voluntary returns.

Refunds

We process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of shipment. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Defective or Faulty Items

You have the right to complain about defects for up to 3 years. If a product is faulty or doesn’t match the description, we will repair or replace it free of charge, or offer a price reduction or refund if repair or replacement isn’t feasible. We cover return shipping in these cases.
